- Picamos la cebolla finita y cuando esté pochada añadimos el tomate rallado y sal, dejamos unos minutos y ponemos el pimentón el azafrán y cubrimos de agua hasta la mitad de la olla
- Cuando rompa a hervir bajamos el fuego y añadimos el majado del mortero, dejamos unos 5 minutos
- Mientras partimos las judías verdes y la calabaza a trozos y ponemos todo al guiso, a fuego medio unos 10 minutos
- Por último pelamos las peras las partimos a cuartos y las añadimos al guiso junto con los garbanzos, dejamos que se termine de hacer todo a fuego bajo unos 20, 25 minutos más moviendo la olla de vez en cuando y listo!!que aproveché!!
