Añadimos el Jengibre (Cuidado porque el Jengibre fresco aporta mucho sabor y no hay que pasarse) Mezclamos para que se integre el Jengibre...
  2. Y añadimos el Perejil...Removemos y apagamos...Cuando haya perdido el calor fuerte pasamos todo a un vaso y trituramos bien hasta hacer un Puré...Volvemos a poner el Puré en la sartén y añadimos (sin fuego) un Yogur griego y removemos todo bien para que se integre en el conjunto...Por encima ponemos un poco de Pimentón y un chorrito de AOVE crudo.
  3. Y si el puré esta consistente podemos también hacer unos Rollitos con Surimi... Abrimos los palitos...Los rellenamos de Puré, Huevo hilado y una Almendra...Los enrollamos y ponemos por encima unas gotitas de AOVE.. Y listo.
