- Cuando empiece a hervir bajamos a fuego medio y tapamos. Vamos removiendo de vez en cuando hasta que veamos que la calabaza está blandita. Cuando ya veamos que está lista añadimos lentamente el huevo que nos sobró de rebozar y volvemos a remover con cuidado. Tapamos y apagamos el fuego.
