- Sobre la rejilla del horno cubierta con papel de horno vamos poniendo las hamburguesas y metemos al horno a unos 200ºC durante al menos 20 min. No deben quedar blanditas.


- En un cazo aparte hacemos la salsa, ponemos el queso fresco batido 0% junto con las especias y mezclamos bien a fuego medio hasta que llegue a hervir. Apagamos, rectificamos de sal si fuera necesario y reservamos hasta el momento de acompañar nuestras hamburguesas.
