- Cerrar los triángulos sobre la ensalada con el vértice hacia fuera


- Batir el huevo y pintar el hojaldre. Añadir las semillas de lino, girasol y calabaza molidas



- Meter al horno hasta que el hojaldre esté hecho, unos 10-12 minutos

- Sacar, dejar enfriar


- Una vez fría pasar a una fuente de servir

- En el centro poner un poco de rúcula, tomate picado, Mozzarella cortada en dados y albahaca picada. Aliñar con sal y aceite de oliva virgen extra

- Servir fría
