El resto de calabaza reservarlo para presentar.
- Por otro lado saltear en la sartén con un poco de aceite, ajo y sal los ramilletes de brócoli. Podemos hacer lo mismo para dorar las patatas.
- En una fuente, o en este caso, en el tupper de la oficina, poner una base de patata, encima el brócoli y cubrir con la bechamel. Finalizar con el resto de la calabaza salteada.
