- Hacemos la calabaza, la cortamos en cuadraditos, ya sea en horno en un recipiente, 30 minutos a 180° con calor arriba y abajo o al microondas en un recipiente tapado con filme transparente, 12 minutos a potencia 700w.
- Precalentamos el horno a 200° con calor arriba y abajo; cuando esté la calabaza, la machacamos con ayuda de un tenedor, mezclamos con la harina, la sal, la pimienta y el huevo hasta hacer una masa homogénea. Seguidamente lo extendemos en un papel de horno con la forma que queramos, con el horno listo metemos la masa 20 minutos.

- Pasado el tiempo, sacamos y ponemos el resto de ingredientes, para el atún, lo que hago es echarlo todo en un bol, machacarlo bien con el tenedor, escurrirlo y mezclarlo con el orégano. Volvemos a meter al horno 15 minutos.

- Cuando acabe el tiempo ponemos otros 5 minutos el grill por arriba.
- Sacamos, cortamos y servimos. A mí me gusta córtala en cuadraditos para que sea más fácil de comer.
