Ahora añadimos el caldo vegetal hasta que cubra más o menos la calabaza, le ponemos sal al gusto y le ponemos una cucharadita de curry. Le ponemos la tapa a la cazuela y dejamos se cueza durante unos 20 minutos más o menos.
  3. Pasado ese tiempo, procedemos a triturarlo. Y ya solamente queda servirla en unos recipientes y disfrutarla!!
