  9. Volvemos a poner la crema en la olla, añadimos la nata. Si queremos adornar los platos reservamos un poco. Calentamos de nueno removiendo para mezclar sin que rompa a hervir. Servimos.
  10. Pintamos las tiras de boniato con aceite por ambas caras y espolvoreamos con sal gorda.
  11. Las disponemos sobre un papel de hornear e introducimos en el microondas a potencia máxima. Vamos vigilando que no se quemen, en unos dos minutos veremos que quedan crujientes.
