  5. En un bol grande vamos a poner todos los ingredientes con el puré y los dátiles, excepto el chocolate y lo trituramos.
  6. Ponemos la masa en los moldes, picamos el chocolate y los ponemos encima de todos.
  7. Horneamos unos 18 minutos o hasta que al pinchar con un palillo salga limpio.
  8. Para su mejor conservación guardarlos en una caja metálica y los muffins al día siguiente están todavía más ricos.
