  2. 1 zanahoria
  3. 1 puerro
  4. 2 patatas (250 gr aprox)
  5. Agua
  6. 2 quesitos el caserío
  7. Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta negra

  1. Lo primero, como siempre, preparamos los ingredientes...
  2. Cortamos y quitamos cáscara y pipas a la calabaza (procurando hacer trozos no muy grandes y similares para que se cocinen a la vez),pelamos, lavamos y cortamos la zanahoria y las patatas y hacemos rodajas el puerro.
  3. Las patatas que no sean muy grandes y la proporción de patata es de 1/4 parte de la cantidad de la calabaza, aproximadamente (1 kg de calabaza y 2 patatas que pesaban 250 gr, más o menos)
  4. En el fondo de una olla alta ponemos un chorrito de aceite de oliva, cuando esté caliente echamos el puerro y lo cocinamos a fuego medio, cuando esté casi hecho añadimos las patatas, zanahoria y calabaza, ponemos sal y un poquito de pimienta negra y movemos, 2 min a fuego medio-bajo moviendo a cada poco y añadimos el agua.
  5. Ponemos el fuego al máximo y cuando hierva lo bajamos a fuego medio (5 de 9 en mi vitro) y lo tapamos. Lo dejamos 30-35 minutos moviendo de vez en cuando.
  6. La cantidad de agua depende de la cantidad de ingredientes, echar hasta cubrir la calabaza (pero si quieres sacar caldo como yo, pon 2 cm más de agua)
  7. Una vez termina de cocinarse, sacamos el caldo sobrante (si lo hay),dejando 1 cm de agua, echamos los quesitos y hacemos la crema con la batidora de brazo. Probamos de sal y rectificamos si es necesario. Igual con el caldo, echaremos hasta conseguir la textura que más nos guste.
