  3. Pon todos los ingredientes en la cubeta de la panificadora, primero líquidos, luego sólidos y al final la harina y la levadura
  4. Programa menú masas (6 en la de Lidl)
  5. Al terminar pon un minuto el programa pasta (7) para desgasificar
  6. Prepara un papel de horno y únta papel y manos con aceite de oliva suave. Saca la masa y divide en dos partes
  7. Corta 1/4 parte de cada porción
  8. Da forma redondeada y dispón en dos moldes de panettone de la siguiente forma (bola grande abajo y encima la pequeña. Repite en el otro molde)
  9. Deja reposar durante una hora.
  10. Cuando falten 15 minutos de levado precalienta  el horno a 200 por abajo y con ventilador. Pon los moldes y vigila que no se doren en exceso las superficies.  Si eso pasara tápalos con papel de aluminio
  11. Saca del horno y desmolda en cuanto puedas manipular los moldes. Deja enfriar completamente antes de cortar los brioches
  12. Ya los tienes listos para disfrutar de su sabor y textura
