- Precalentar el horno y aceitar una fuente redonda para que no se pegue la tapa de la tarta. Colocarla hasta que cubra toda la fuente.
- Verter la preparación de las berenjenas en la tarta y llevar al horno por aproximadamente 15 minutos.
