- Colocamos el queso cortado en fetas finas de modo que cubra casi toda la berenjena, espolvoreamos baharat, y llevamos a un horno medio hasta que el queso se funda, quitamos del horno, por último le agregamos las aceitunas cortadas en rodajas.
