- C/N Sal gruesa o entrefina
- 1 cebolla mediana
- C/n vinagre
- 3 cdtas azúcar
- 2 huevos

- Corta las berenjenas finas, ponerles la sal para quitarles lo amargo. Déjalas 30 min aprox, y enjuagadas.


- Pinta con aceite la sartén y pone las berenjenas a fuego moderado, déjalas unos minutos hasta que se doren y dalas vuelta. Te recomiendo que no las pongas unas encima de otras por qué al cocinarse se hablandan mucho.



- Ahora el turno de la cebolla...pone en un jarrito la cebolla cortada en cuadraditos, cubrila con el vinagre y ponele el azúcar. Llévalo al fuego hasta que la cebolla se transparente, tiene que hervir un ratito 😉



- Cuando el preparado de cebolla y vinagre se entibie, esparcilo con una cuchara sobre las berenjenas un poquito escurridas, pero que tengan algo del vinagre por qué le da un sabor genial.👌


- Por último esparcis el huevo duro cortado chiquito y listo 🙂...a disfrutar!!!
